General Obligations
We shall deliver the goods as specified and hope that we will be able to fulfil your order in a satisfactory and timely manner. The customer shall provide payment for the goods prior to despatch. We reserve the right to decline any order without reason being given.
We endeavour to display and describe as accurately as possible the printed colours on the products which appear on our site, but we cannot undertake to give any assurance that the colours supplied will exactly match those displayed on your monitor or mobile telephone.
Currency
All prices shown in this website are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery
The price shown for the products on the website includes the cost of packaging and the post. The normal method of delivery will be 1st class postage.

Damages and refunds
Please contact us within 14 days if you are not happy with your purchase and we will try and put it right for you. Every effort is made to make sure your goods arrive in good condition, please contact us if anything is damaged in transit. Items are non refundable unless damaged or faulty. Our total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by us to the customer.
